We recommend the dosages below. Capsules should be taken 30 mins before or 2 hours after a meal for best results.

While there is no wrong way to take Laminine for best results it is recommended that you take Laminine on an empty stomach with water only (no coffee, tea, juice, etc.)

Take at least 1/2 hour before meals, 1 hour before any other medications or supplements, or after 2 hours of ingesting anything else.

Week One:  1 Laminine capsule first thing in the morning.
Week Two: 1 capsule first thing in the morning, and  1 mid afternoon
Week Three: 2 capsules in the morning and  1 in the afternoon
Week Four:  2 capsules in the morning and  2 in the afternoon.

The objective of the first month is to load your system with Laminine.  In month two you move to a maintenance programme of 1 or 2 capsules per day depending on your personal preference.

It is very important that you drink more water than usual in the first week to aid your system in any detoxifying that might occur – you will feel thirsty.

For stressful times, or for more senior or chronic conditions users, there is no problem with taking more capsules on a long-term basis. When in doubt, check with your health professional.

For Children: While Laminine is a food and is safe for people of all ages, we recommend half or less of the amount suggested above and, if there are any concerns about using the product, be sure to consult your health professional. If a child does not swallow capsules, open the capsule and add the contents to yogurt or apple sauce if they won’t drink it mixed in water.
